ENERGY REPORT FOR NEW BUILDING USED AS FRUIT AND VEGETABLE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING CENTER

The project concerns the preparation of the energy report pursuant to Law 10/1991 for the newly constructed building used as a fruit and vegetable collection and processing center for the San Rocco Cooperative of Leverano (LE).

The energy report pursuant to Law 10/1991, in accordance with Legislative Decree 192/2005 and subsequent amendments, provides the requirements for energy consumption containment to be observed during the construction phase of buildings. Furthermore, it should be noted that, as per Article 5 of Decree-Law 63/2013, converted into Law No. 90 of August 3, 2013, from January 1, 2021, all new public and private buildings must be nearly zero-energy buildings.
