The project involves the renovation of an ancient residence adjacent to the historic center of Nardò, which consists of a studio apartment and an apartment on a single floor, with an accessible terrace on the roof level overlooking the historic center.

The residential redevelopment, in addition to enhancing existing valuable elements, focused strongly on energy efficiency to achieve high levels of indoor comfort. The studio apartment and the apartment are energy independent, thanks to the installation of photovoltaic and solar thermal panels on the roof.
