The project involves the renovation of an ancient residence in the historic center of Nardò, which is arranged on a single floor with an accessible terrace, adjacent to an eighteenth-century garden that characterizes the settlement, making the environment contiguous with greenery.

The redevelopment of this residence of historical and artistic value, in addition to enhancing the existing valuable elements, focused strongly on energy efficiency to achieve high levels of indoor comfort.
