The project involves a synergistic system of interventions aimed at energy efficiency and simultaneously contributes to climate change mitigation in line with the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for the Paisiello Theater in Lecce.
The energy efficiency improvement of the building-plant system of the Paisiello Theater aims to enhance energy performance and reduce environmental impact while preserving the historical and artistic value of the property.
The interventions carried out allow for the reduction of thermal losses and correction of thermal bridges, improvement of the energy performance of horizontal structures through proper internal and external insulation and window systems, reduction of emissions and energy costs through the presence of a photovoltaic membrane on the roof, without altering the existing state of the property.
